FAQ

How do I book a photo session with you?

Use the Let's Talk link above. I'll be in touch to walk you through the process of setting up a session and we'll work through all the details together. There's no pressure or obligation.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

Processed photos typically take about 1 week. I strive for the fastest turn around times possible, but I do prioritize quality over speed. If you have a time-sensitive need, expedited processing may be available for additional fees based on photographer availability. If you're impatient (like me!) sneak peak add-on packages are available if you're dying to share some photos to social media quickly.

Can I order prints or albums through you?

Absolutely! Once you you receive the link to your online session gallery you'll have the option to order a variety of products shipped directly to your home.

How do I not feel awkward in front of the camera?

Everyone I have photographed feels this way at first, and it’s completely normal... I’ll guide you through the session in a relaxed, natural way so nothing feels forced or unnatural—my goal is to capture you as you are, not put you in stiff poses or capture unflattering photos of you. When you look your best, my photos look their best. We have the same goal!

Where do you shoot?

Primarily in Williamsport, PA and surrounding communities, but I am happy to consider individual requests to travel on a case-by-case basis.

How long have you been doing photography?

I began photography seriously in 2025. While I am not the most experienced photographer around I have a strong desire to ensure you are satisfied with the final product and can offer a more individualized experience. See my portfolio above for some sample photographs. Additional examples of my work are available on request.

Can I send you inspiration or ideas?

Absolutely! There's no better way to ensure you're satisfied with the session than to be actively involved in the planning. I love collaborating on fun and creative shots.

What should I wear?

In general, I encourage you to wear whatever feels like you and makes you feel like your best self. I'm happy to discuss attire individually to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

Where will we take photos?

I'm well-equipped to provide onsite photography whether indoors or outdoors. If there is a special place you have in mind that's our answer! If you need help finding a location, we can collaborate and I'll help you choose one that you love.

How can I print my photographs?

I offer high-quality printing services through my website that will be shipped directly to your home. These options are available via the gallery once your photos are completed. A personal use license is also included with each session allowing you to print your photos anywhere and publish them to your favorite social media platforms.

Will I receive the RAW photograph files?

I am occasionally asked about receiving "raw" camera files. Most often clients are referring to unprocessed photographs. I do not upload unprocessed photographs to the gallery. Final product photos are provided in .JPEG format for maximum printing and online compatibility and are selected based on my professional judgement. Unprocessed/.ARW/.RAW/etc. files are not available as they are not representative of my work and require editing before printing or publishing. If you have additional questions regarding this topic, I am happy to discuss individually prior to our session.

How will I receive my final pictures?

Your completed photo gallery will be emailed to you upon completion of the gallery. A pin code will be provided in the email allowing for download of the final images. Image download options include maximum resolution (for printing) and social media (internet) size. The smaller social media sized files will produce better results when uploading to Facebook, Instagram etc. because they bypass the low-quality image compression software used by social media websites.

How long do I have to download my photographs?

Completed photographs should be downloaded and backed up by you immediately upon receipt of the gallery link. I make an effort to retain images in the gallery for a minimum of 3 months as a redundancy to avoid lost photographs, however, due to file hosting costs and limited storage availability I cannot indefinitely store your images. I would recommend backing up your photographs to your computer and a third party cloud service like iCloud, Google Images, DropBox, etc.
